How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery to the USA is free with our standard service, or $19.95 using a DHL tracked delivery service. This method takes 1-3 business days from the point of order.

Are there any reasons it might take longer?

There are some circumstances in which we may not achieve our estimated delivery period. Examples of this include packages being lost by our couriers, stock not being available, orders with out-of-stock items will be shipped complete when all items are available, or if a garment has to be altered and processed through our alterations department. Please note that we are headquartered in the UK, meaning holiday periods may differ to the USA

Can my order be delivered the next day?

Unfortunately, as we are based in the UK we are unable to offer next day delivery. We automatically ship all orders on a priority service to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?

All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order. If you have any problems or queries regarding your order after it has been placed, you can contact our customer service team via e-mail at [email protected] or via our live chat service on the website.

Can I ship overseas?

As you are using the US version of our site, you will only be able to ship orders to an address based in the USA.

When do you take payment for my order?

We currently authorise payment from your account at the time of order but debit the money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order, unless if you pay via paypal in which case we will take the money immediately.
